To open a current account, most banks require the owner to provide a copy of the establishment and registration certificate. A copy of the rental agreement or sale document, the owner’s PAN card, and all employee data are required for this license. Hotels, commercial establishments, clubs, dining establishments, and shops, in addition to those covered by the Factories Act of 1948, are governed by this Act. Commercial Establishment According to the Act, a commercial establishment is a place where any kind of business, profession, or project that is related is done.
Examples of commercial establishments are:
Journalistic and printing establishments, establishments for contractors and auditors, mines that are not governed by the Mines Act of 1952, educational or other institutes run for private gain, and any premises where the business of banking, insurance, stocks and shares, brokerage, or produce exchange is conducted are all examples of charitable or other trusts that are registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860.
