No person may begin or continue the business of exporting any spice under and in accordance with a certificate after the effective date of this Act. - If you are found guilty, you will face up to one year in prison, as well as a fine of up to one thousand rupees. You will need the following documents to register with the Spice Board:
- The required application form (Form-1) must be completed and submitted by you.

- A self-certified copy of the partnership’s deed or, if applicable, its memorandum and articles of association.
